Q. What is the language used in the lecture sessions? |
A. All videos are bi-lingual, made in English and Hindi. The faculty members use both the languages, and Power Notes too are dictated in both languages (E / H). The benefits of this bilingual approach are:
(i) The toughest of concepts are easily understandable as Hindi reaches the heart, straight!
(ii) Lectures become extremely engrossing instead of remaining dull, dreary monologues
(iii) The students are automatically prepared for the Compulsory Hindi and English papers in the Mains examination (assuming you take Hindi in the
Indian Language option)
(iv) As a future administrative officer, you must be very good at both English and Hindi. We ensure precisely that through our classes!

| A. Each class has a worksheet
distributed (given in the courseware set to you). The lectures are mapped
exactly to the corresponding worksheets. So you can keep the sheets with you
while studying. We give you full courseware solution including worksheets, Books
and Mock Tests. |

| Q. Do the lecture videos require some password(s)? |
| A. Yes. We give it to you as per limited view licence, with an expiry date. Thus, each Sessions comes with a password. Also, only one machine (computer/laptop) which you choose, can run the Session at your end. We will generate that machine-bound password also, and give to you. If later on, you wish to change the machine (computer/laptop), we can give you a new password, but the old will then expire. Thus, at any given point of time, you can only use the Hard Disk on any ONE COMPUTER (or laptop) ONLY. |

lectures? |
| A. This is a 'student only'
solution that can be viewed only by the bona fide registered student, not by
anyone else. |

| A. You have to go for an Institutional Licence purchase. Please fill your details in this form and we will speak with you with all details. Our Institutional Solutions include a fully-configured PC-server alongwith classroom setup configuration, if needed by you. |

| A. IAS course is the mother of all other General Studies based exams in India. So our course (Mains + Prelims) will be useful for all other exams like State PSC tests, SSC-CGL test, Bank PO test also. |

to that. There, you have hundreds of tests for practice, lots of reading

| Q. Are there any technical things a user has to keep in mind? |
| A. This course (Sessions) is meant to be used in an offline mode only. If your machine (computer) is online while running the Sessions, then the password will not work. So please ensure. Also, please use only QuickHead anti virus software (if required). Others may not be supported. |

| Q. If I have doubts, what to do? |
| A. The lectures are designed in such a manner that most of the common doubts get answered automatically. The courseware is a further boost to that. Still if doubts persist, you can email us at ias@pteducation.com with your query (queries), and we will revert. |

| Q. Can I watch the Lectures on Tablets? |
| A. Ideally, we do not recommend that. These are serious academic
lectures, each of 2.5 to 3 hrs or more, with lots of notes to be taken down,
either through dictation (by the faculty) or what's written on the
Board. A small screen Tab is not suited for this. You must use a
proper Laptop or PC/Computer with a large screen (at least 12 inches,
or more) to get maximum impact. |

| A. All students residing abroad can order using the corresponding
button given. The product is priced in US Dollars at the then
